To better the corporate community of Chattanooga, we have to start at step one: develop and support our city’s youth. The team at Big Brothers Big Sisters works tirelessly to help children realize their potential and build impactful futures. About Big Brothers Big Sisters of Chattanooga
Since 1904, Big Brothers Big Sisters has operated under the belief that inherent in every child is incredible potential. As the nation’s largest donor- and volunteer-supported mentoring network, Big Brothers Big Sisters makes meaningful, monitored matches between adult volunteers ("Bigs") and children ("Littles"), ages 5 through young adulthood in communities across the country. We develop positive relationships that have a direct and lasting effect on the lives of young people.

- Pairing youth with committed mentors changes lives. You're helping to defend the potential of these youth and build their biggest possible futures. When you contribute, you’re helping make a match possible. No matter how big or small, your gift immediately goes to changing the lives of youth in our community.

- Volunteer as a Bigsome text
- Being a Big Brother or Big Sister is one of the most enjoyable things you’ll ever do. Not to mention, one of the most fulfilling. You have the opportunity to help shape a child’s future for the better by empowering them to achieve. And the best part is, it’s a lot of fun. You and your Little can share the kinds of activities you already like to do.
- Attend an Info Session to learn what it takes to become a Big and earn points for your team! Info Sessions are currently offered on Thursday evenings at 6 PM, alternating between virtual and in-person at the BBBS office (located at 2015 Bailey Ave, Chattanooga, TN 37404). Attending one of these meetings is the first step for volunteering in any of BBBS’s programs.

- Spread the word about all the wonderful things Big Brothers Big Sisters is doing in our community by hosting an informational meeting at your office, either in person or virtual. If you host an informational meeting, you will receive 25 points toward your team's philanthropic score.
